The price doesn't include the hair Our prices start from the base length depicted, with the option to extend for an additional charge Our variety of available colors includes 1, 1b, 33, 2, 4, 6, 8, 27, 1b30, and 1b27. For custom color requests beyond our available selection, notify us 48 hours before your appointment. NOTE: We have a variety of hair available at the salon which you can purchase. We also welcome you to bring your hair for your appointment if you want, although we recommend pre-stretched hair. If you choose to bring your hair, please leave a note to that effect. Please arrive at the salon with clean and dry hair. You may wash and blow-dry your hair at home if you prefer. Additional charges may apply for washing and blow-drying ADDITIONAL LENGTH CHARGES Mid -back +20 Waist length +40 Bum length +60 RECOMMENDATION Please arrive with your hair clean and blow-dried. If you'd prefer to have your hair washed and blow-dried at the salon, simply book online before your appointment. We advise you to keep the hair in between 4- 5 weeks to avoid breakage Also, book a deep conditioning or moisturizing treatment to moisturize your hair to avoid dryness. Note: Appointments before 9:00 AM and after 6:00 PM or on Sundays will cost an extra £10-20 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Cancellation Clients are required to provide a minimum of 5 working days' notice when canceling or rescheduling their appointments. This advance notice allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Clients are to note that any canceled appointment will lead to the forfeiture of 30% of the deposit made. However, we offer you the option to reschedule the appointment at another suitable time. It is important to note that a canceled appointment represents a lost or wasted opportunity that could have been utilized by another client. Refund Should a client fail to provide the required 2 working days' notice, no refunds will be issued. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and clients are encouraged to reschedule their appointment within our rescheduling timeframe. Rescheduling: Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointments, provided that they do so within 48 hours of the originally scheduled time. This allows us to accommodate your changing schedule and ensure you receive the exceptional service you deserve.7
